Fitness Pilates is a group exercise programme designed to enhance the posture, strength, balance and stability of a healthy adult.

It is based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates and by applying these fundamental techniques to those of Fitness Pilates we aim to offset musculoskeletal imbalances.

SIT FIT
A seated exercise class suitable for all adults regardless of age, gender or ability. This dynamic class will have your legs and arms moving and your heart pumping and is fully adaptable to all abilities. If you have an underlying health condition, returning from ill health, struggle with mobility or want a starting point in your fitness journey this class is for you. Includes resistance band work and really
uplifting music.

Menopause Courses and Workshops
I run a community and work based face to face and online programme's designed to support transition into and through peri menopause and beyond.
An opportunity to learn about menopause transition and its affect on mental and physical health and what opportunities there are for women through medication and lifestyle choices to improve symptoms and health.
We take a closer look at 5 key lifestyle factors - mindset, sleep, stress, exercise and nutrition and how they affect and support symptoms.
Includes access to a WhatsApp group for recordings and follow up.

LIFT LEANTM
WOMEN'S STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS
A 1 hour class where we mix up strength and conditioning along with some cardio.
Tuesday 6.30pm
Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced
Includes group instructor led sessions, as well as traditional circuit stations in groups of 2-4. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities with opportunities for progressions and regressions depending on individual needs.
